How to order

Thank you for your interest in my work.

Should you have a questions prior to ordering, please contact us via email with your enquiry and we will be only too happy to help you.

Artworks can be shipped to customers in Australia, New Zealand, USA, United Kingdom, most European and several Asian countries.  Please note that for ease of shipping and to keep costs lower, many paintings are shipped unframed unless requested or advertised otherwise. Delivery times can vary considerably depending on your chosen method and billing address.

How to order

  1. Choose your item(s), then click 'Add to Cart'.
  2. Checkout as a Guest, Login or Register for future convenience.
  3. Choose delivery option.
  4. Add any messages.
  5. Place your order and receive your confirmation email.

International orders

  1. If you have advised us of a delivery address outside of Australia, your order confirmation will not have shipping costs included.  
  2. This will be calculated based on your delivery address after receiving your order.  
  3. A revised Order Confirmation will then be emailed within 1-2 days after receiving your order with shipping costs included for your selected item(s).  
  4. Your acceptance of the shipping costs is made by completing the payment process.


All prices are in Australian dollars.  Shipping costs where applicable, are additional. Your Order Confirmation email is your Tax Invoice.

Payment options

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal.  For your personal security does not store your credit card information in our systems. Any online payments are made through a secure encrypted payment gateway provided by or PayPal. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can contact us by email to arrange payment by Direct Debit - 

Ordering issues

Didn't receive your Order Confirmation email?  This is automatically generated when you place your order.  Please check your Spam/Junk filter (especially for Gmail and Hotmail) if you did not receive it.  By adding to your contact list, you should avoid avoid this.  If you still have problems finding your Order Confirmation, please Contact Us and we will check if your email address was correctly entered. 

Can't checkout?  Try enabling cookies on your computer or give us a call on +61 3 9824 8340  and we can take your order over the phone.  Leave a message on the answering machine if the phone is unattended and we will get back to you soon.

Local pick-up

Pick-ups can be made from my Glen Iris, Melbourne, Victoria studio or by arrangement. Details provided upon request.

Lay-by of a painting

We encourage you to first save and then make a purchase.  We are happy however to hold a painting for you after receiving a 25% deposit of the order value.  You then have 90 days after we receive your initial deposit to make progressive payments or pay the balance of your order, including shipping costs if applicable.  Should you decide to cancel your lay-by purchase within seven (7) days of placing an order, all monies paid by you will be fully refunded.  For cancellations made seven (7) days after your initial deposit was made, but before the 90 day lay-by period has expired, we shall refund what you have paid, minus a 10% administration fee.  No monies will be refunded upon cancellation of a lay-by order made 90 days after the initial deposit.


All artworks created by Australian artists receive automatic copyright, therefore the paintings shown on the Site are copyrighted to Regina Hona.  Unless you have separately purchased copyright of an artwork from the artist, you may not reproduce, download or email any of the images on this website without the permission of the copyright owner.  Please note that you do not receive automatic copyright of any painting you may purchase or own.  The copyright of an artwork remains with the artist or their Estate.  Copyright purchases should always be in writing and if you wish to purchase copyright of any painting by Regina Hona, please email 


To provide you with a personal service collects your name address, phone number, email and other information during the purchasing process.  We keep your information private and will not sell or give your information to any third party unless it is required to complete a purchase and delivery, such as Australia Post or a courier service.  We do not store your credit card number.  We use your name and email address if you have subscribed to our newsletter and you have the option to change your details or unsubscribe from these at any time as indicated at the bottom of all newsletters that you receive from us.
